Leading telecommunication organisation requires a driven Account Manager to join this successful team to build relationships, drive and develop business opportunities with existing customers.


Being a phone-based role you will have an exceptional phone manner with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships and sales pipelines.


To be successful in this role you will have drive for success as well as determination and motivation to meet and exceed targets in this ever-changing sales environment.

Managing a portfolio of approx. 100 higher spend clients.

We are looking for a dynamic individual who is:

  • Customer centric focused in meeting needs and desired outcomes
  • Sustain monthly targets and KPI's through building strong sales pipeline
  • Explore customers current and future requirements by analysing current spend and growth potential
  • Proactive resolution of issues
  • Manage campaigns within current portfolio
  • Retention of existing customer business
To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Ability to identify client opportunities through strong relationship networks
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Strong understanding of technology, mobile and NBN
  • Ability to adapt to change
  • Effective relationship development skills, with key stakeholders internally and externally
  • Demonstrated sales and/or service experience
Ideally you will come from a Telco background with a strong drive for Sales and the ability to self motivate
