Are you ready to use your extensive knowledge and experience of technology operations and integration to deliver quality technology solutions?

Join us as a Manager, Operations & Integration and become a vital member of our multidisciplinary Technology leadership team. In this pivotal role, you will manage several divisional team leaders, develop and sustain skilled and capable teams, and lead continuous improvement of technology solutions that align with the priorities of the Queensland Revenue Office.

  • Identify risks to systems and information security and develop and implement appropriate treatment strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with information security standards while managing timely, accurate and complete information to enable smarter decision making.
  • Lead and manage a branch in line with QRO's strategic direction.

  • Establish, enhance, and manage effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Research, analyse and interpret information and correctly apply enhancements and maintenance to QRO-managed technology.
  • Manage and undertake significant projects or initiatives in relation to the technology managed by QRO.
  • Monitor and analyse current technology and divisional practices and procedures and implement solutions which are progressive, and appropriately support the team performance and the strategic direction of QRO. You will have relevant and recent experience in:
  • Leading technology teams in a client-focused and regulatory organisation, operating in a complex environment
  • Implementing and optimising IT service management (ITSM) best practices for highly available production operations across a diverse portfolio including back-office systems, customer experience tools, client-facing portals, and data and analytics products
  • Delivering highly secure and resilient cloud, application, infrastructure and database management products and services in hybrid environments (including cloud, on-premise, managed services, SaaS) using integrated solutions (including Microsoft, AWS, Oracle, Service Now, Atlassian)
