We are seeking an experienced and motivated Roof Plumber Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in roof plumbing, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to safety and quality. As a Roof Plumber Supervisor, you will oversee all aspects of roof plumbing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the work of roof plumbing teams on various projects.
• Ensure all work complies with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Conduct site inspections and assessments to plan and allocate resources effectively.
• Provide training, guidance, and support to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Maintain accurate records of project progress, materials used, and labour hours.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the course of the work.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Roof Plumber, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Valid Roof Plumbing license and relevant certifications.
• Strong knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and installation techniques.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license
