The primary responsibility of the IT Technical Lead is to implement complex computer systems and offer infrastructure services. The professional will address any issues related to ICT security and performance. The professional will have to identify the potential technology innovations and engage with businesses. The lead needs to guide in execution of Incident, Change, Release, Problem, Performance, and Availability Management.

  • The Tech Lead must analyze existing systems to ensure that these systems provide the necessary uptime and availability. These should meet the needs of the organization. Make certain that overall system performance meets client expectations.
  • Manage core infrastructure related technical discussion with client
  • Lead Major incident resolutions from technical perspective

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Broad knowledge of IT infrastructure and cloud technologies. Very good experience in any two of the area ( Data Center Operations, Network Support, End User Services, Service Desk, compute and security services)
  • Strong technical expertise in any of the core infrastructure areas including Cloud
  • Demonstrated ability in developing, analyzing, and managing processes and resources.
  • Ability to identify internal control weaknesses and operating inefficiencies and communicate this information to all levels of management, either verbally or through reporting measures.
  • Highly organized and goal-oriented with excellent prioritization, planning, and time management skills;
  • Ability to create a cohesive team environment and define a team structure which maximizes capacity and clearly identifies expectations.
  • Strong project management skills including a record of initiating and delivering projects to time and cost;
  • Must be able to easily adapt and prepare for the structural and cultural implications of change.

Education and Experience

  • Technical certification in any / more of the core Infrastructure areas
  • 15 + years of managing large client delivery
