Personal Care Workers/ AIN's to join our teams across
multiple locations in Sydney.

aged care, accommodation and
services to older Australians.

What you will need:

  • Experience working within the Aged Care Setting (desired)
  • Excellent Written & verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to respond effectively and calmly in emergency situations.
  • Proven ability to work within a team to ensure care is of a high standard.
  • Compassionate and caring nature, with a dedication to building strong relationships with residents and their relatives.
  • Fully vaccinated against Covid1
  • Minimum Certificate III in Aged Care

Duties may include:

  • Day to day personal care activities providing a high standard of direct care to residents.
  • Communicating with residents and their family and friends and other staff in the residence any changes or feedback as required in a professional and private manner.
  • General nursing care
  • Provide outstanding level of care to all residences while promoting physical and mental wellbeing.
Shifts and varying hours are available for morning, afternoon, and night duty.
