Our client is a global spirits company that create and distribute a world class portfolio of products.


Due to exponential growth our client is looking for an enthusiastic, passionate and highly motivated Area Sales Manager to join their NSW team.

You could be an experienced sales rep, with a desire for the spirits category or you could be a hospitality guru who wants to start their sales career.

Number one criteria for this role is your passion for the drinks industry


Reporting through to the Regional Manager you will be responsible for the development and execution of agreed business and promotional plans to achieve volume, market share and profit objectives across on and off premise venues in Sydney.


Role Responsibilities:

  • Build strong mutually beneficial business relationships
  • Pursue sales leads to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Respond to leads & customer enquires
  • Present, promote & sell products to customers
  • Establish sales plans to meet KPI targets
  • Track sales/status reports in CRM
  • Ensure promotions/activations are inline with plans/catalogs
  • Build, support and share product knowledge
  • Conduct training and tastings for venue staff
  • Customer; Marketing, NPD, Contract negotiations

Ideal Experience:

  • Previous Sales or hospitality experience
  • Energetic, enthusiastic with a positive go getter attitude
  • Proven ability to build professional relationships
  • Highly motivated and target driven
  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills
  • Passion for the premium spirit/category
  • Banner group executions/POS handling
  • Willingness to learn and improve
  • Ability to follow a call cycle and work autonomously
  • Execute Trade Marketing strategies
