Family Lawyer position available with a leading family law firm in the Gold Coast. About the Family Law work:

The firm is well established and has a prestigious family law practice that covers a broad range of complex areas including:

• Divorce and separation
• Binding Financial agreements
• Complex property settlements
• Defacto and same-sex marriage
• Child support and parenting agreements
• Represent clients in court proceedings, negotiations, and mediations

Requirements :

• Minimum 3-5 years PAE of Family Law experience (ideally ranging across complex matters)
• Time management and organisational skills;
• Enjoy the challenge of working in a busy, fast-paced environment
• Be comfortable and experienced in Attending Court, mediations and conferences
