The position plays a key role in an emergency service providing excellent customer service to members of the public for charges related to Ambulance services.


THE ROLE:

  • Processing accounts receivable invoices
  • Preparing reports and monthly statements for customers
  • Following up outstanding accounts
  • Ensuring efficient and accurate record keeping
  • Data entry

ABOUT YOU:

  • Demonstrated commitment in providing a high level of customer service and the ability to deal with stressful and emotional situations, whilst being highly motivated and enthusiastic
  • Attention to detail and accuracy is essential
  • Accounts Payable experience is beneficial


 Microsoft Office skills
  • Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Selfdriven, adaptable, resilient and be able to use initiative to make sound decisions
  • Team player
