Covering our Canberra clinics, as the Retail Consultant / CPAP Therapy Consultant, you be employed on a casual basis working Monday to Friday.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?:

• Being the first point of contact for our new/existing clients
• Providing advice on CPAP equipment, setups and ongoing services
• Interacting with physicians, hospitals and medical service providers
• Upsale of our products and services
• Maintaining and sterilising clinic equipment
• Processing orders and clinic stocktake

Our clinics' primary objective is to assist our clients/patients with tailored end-to-end solutions, treatments and management of obstructive sleep apnea.

Are you a MATCH?:

• Previous experience in a retail, healthcare or sales
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously in clinic
• Sound customer service experience: customer lifecycle stages
• Computer skills and confidence in using google suites
• Knowledge and interest of CPAP therapy/sleep medicine
