About the centre: This Centre is dedicated to guiding and motivating children, helping them reach their academic potential by encouraging them to discover their unique strengths and abilities. The Centre is in search of an enthusiastic educator who can fully commit to their classroom and inspire the children to maximize their capabilities. In the morning, the Centre offers Montessori classes, led by a Montessori teacher.

Position Overview: We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Diploma Educator to be part of any room catering to children aged 0 - 6 years. The ideal candidate will collaborate with our experienced educators to establish a caring and engaging environment for the children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-quality care and support for children aged 0 - 6 years.
  • Work together with colleagues to design and implement interesting educational programs.
  • Cultivate positive connections with children, families, and the community.
  • Maintain a safe, clean environment in compliance with health and safety standards.

Key Requirements:

  • Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role.
  • A genuine love for working with young children and aiding in their growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capability to thrive in a team setting.
  • Preferably hold Christian Values due to the community's nature.
  • Must have full working rights for Australia.
