Dental Receptionist - Brisbane North Specialist Paediatric Dental Practice

About the Practice

Chermside and North Lakes Paediatric Dental Care is a specialist practice providing a full scope of paediatric dental care for infants, children and adolescents as well as children with special needs.

We are a highly motivated, experienced and supportive practice committed to the exceptional patient care.

About the position

• Part time 4 days a week (average 32 hours)
• Onsite role in both Chermside and North Lakes branches
• Liaising (in writing, verbally and electronically) with patients and their families, as well as other health professionals and their staff
• Account processing, data entry and scanning correspondence
• Making appointments and hospital surgical bookings
• Managing patients' records
• Assist in building patient relations

What we are looking for

• Must have minimum 3 years front office experience in dental practice including knowledge of common dental procedures and their purposes
• Experience and familiarity with Dental4Windows software program essential
• Well presented and articulate
• Positive professional communication and interpersonal skills
• Capability to multitask proficiently, prioritise tasks, and uphold meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and efficiently within the team
• Highly motivated, organized and time managed
• Flexibility, reliability and punctuality
• Enjoy and confident working with children and parent/carer
• Own transport and license
