Product Manager - Total Shoulder Arthroplasty

This position is ideal for current Sales Representatives or Product Managers experienced in Shoulder Arthroplasty products. We welcome Sales Representatives interested in transitioning to marketing or established marketing professionals. The role entails responsibility for Australia and New Zealand. It offers a unique opportunity to oversee the introduction of a new product into the ANZ market from Arthrex's Total Shoulder system.

About the Role

This role involves overseeing all aspects of the product marketing strategy and tactical support in the ANZ region. You will spearhead the strategy and engage with Key Opinion Leader Healthcare Provider surgeons while supporting the nationwide sales team. Expect to travel approximately 1 week out of every 4. This hybrid role offers flexibility for office and remote work and you will have access to our innovative Product Demonstration Suite at our HQ in French's Forest Sydney dedicated to showcasing the Shoulder Arthroplasty range to HCPs.

Reporting to our 'Product Marketing Manager, ANZ', this role requires travel across ANZ and a mix of on-site work at our Frenchs Forest corporate head office and remote work.

  • Develop and implement Total Shoulder Product strategies to meet marketing objectives and budgets
  • Manage and execute product launches and prioritize the product pipeline
  • Devise and implement digital strategies and communication campaigns
  • Foster and nurture key customer relationships to cultivate KOLs
  • Collaborate closely with the Medical Education and Sales teams to organize professional educational programs, events, and conferences for surgeons
  • Work with the Marketing, Regulatory, and Commercial teams to develop and distribute marketing, communication, and promotional materials
  • Offer technical expertise, create training resources, and guide the sales force in alignment with the product strategy
  • Collaborate with the Commercial team on relevant tenders and contracts

About the Requirements

  • Proven sales track record in the Total Shoulder Arthroplasty product category from sales or marketing
  • Strong team player with a relational sales approach for long-term relationships
  • Ability to think strategically and constructively engage with customers
  • Relevant Tertiary Degree in Health Science or Marketing/Sales
