Airport Toyota are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join their
Pre Delivery team as an
Automotive Registration Clerk and Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for managing vehicle registration processes efficiently and ensuring compliance with all legal requirements.

In addition to the below key responsibilities:

• Process vehicle registrations accurately and in a timely manner.
• Verify all required documentation for vehicle registration, including titles, certificates of origin, and insurance documents.
• Coordinate with customers, insurance agents, and government agencies to obtain necessary paperwork and resolve any registrationrelated issues.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle transactions and registration statuses.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and answering phone calls.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly.

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience in automotive registration or a related field is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations governing vehicle registration is a plus
