Lindocs is a long established boutique medical and allied health practice located in Lindfield, committed to providing the highest standard of care and patient service, in a calm and friendly working environment.

We are looking for a genuinely friendly and capable individual to take on the role of medical receptionist.

As a true professional the individual will have enthusiasm and great organisational skills, bringing experience and showing initiative to grow our practice.

They will be responsible for managing the daily running of the clinic, supporting practitioners, and caring for our patients.

The position is available 1 to 4 days.

Success in the role is achieved by
- previous medical reception and office administration experience
- having a strong work ethic, positive attitude and excellent time management skills
- highly developed customer service focus
- quality of a warm and engaging conversationalist, great listener and calm problem solver
- presenting well and having great verbal & written communication and people skills
- being proactive with the ability to multi-task and prioritise
- being organised and motivated to achieve results
- experience with Best Practice and good computer skills
- negotiable hourly rate depending on level of experience
