Job Description:


We're looking for an experienced Workforce Scheduler to join the Sodexo team based in our head office in Balcatta working on a 5:2 roster.

Reporting into the Workforce Scheduling Lead, this position is responsible for effectively sourcing labour from our contingency and agency relief pools to meet staffing demands across our WA sites.

You will consider yourself a well organised, self-motivated individual and a customer service professional.

You are an experienced administrator with excellent Excel knowledge and are ready to work in a fast paced environment with a great team This role would suit someone from a site admin, mobilisation or recruitment background.


Qualifications:

To be successful, you'll need:

  • An excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office package, particularly Excel & Outlook
  • Understanding of rostering principals
  • Relevant experience in same or similar industry, FIFO experience preferred
  • Excellent planning & people coordination skills
  • Strong communicator who contributes to good working relationships
  • Organised with effective time management skills
