The GM will drive growth, oversee program delivery, manage partnerships, and ensure financial sustainability.
Role & Responsibilities:
Implement strategic plans aligned with the organisation's mission and goals.
Collaborate with the Board to set organisational priorities and ensure effective governance.
Oversee day-to-day operations, including program management, financial oversight, and human resources.
Lead the development and implementation of new programs and services.
Ensure the effective management and continuous improvement of existing programs.
Develop and manage the organisation's budget, ensuring financial sustainability.

Skills & Experience:
Prior experience in a GM/Senior Management role.
Strong understanding of Aboriginal culture and community needs.
Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, financial management, and program delivery.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Commitment to ethical practice, collaboration, and cultural integrity.
