Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of medical centres for efficiency.
- Manage administrative staff, from hiring to performance evaluation.
- Collaborate with GPs and healthcare providers for optimal patient care.
- Develop and implement practice policies.
- Handle patient feedback and complaints.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare standards.
- Manage financial aspects like budgeting and billing.

Maintain accurate medical records, lead quality improvement processes, and foster a supportive work environment. Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Healthcare Management (or relevant experience).
- Minimum 5 years' experience in healthcare management.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in medical software and EHR systems.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and accreditation.
- Financial acumen with budgeting experience.
Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and deliver high-quality patient care. Preferred certifications in Practice Management, staff training expertise, experience in managing multiple practice locations, and a nursing background are advantageous.
