As a Store Person, you will deliver exceptional service where required and provide back-of-house support to both admin and F&B staff regarding all stock movement throughout the venue.

Assisting the team to bring to life some extraordinary events hosted in our iconic Hotel.

  • Ability to handle and move kegs and heavy furniture
  • Have experience working with cooling systems, beer lines, and the use of cellar equipment preferrable
  • Basic technical and mechanical expertise is a bonus
  • Be reliable and capable to work alone
  • Great communication & interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail & commitment to high standards
  • A valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) is essential (or willing to obtain one before you commence work)
  • Forklift experience desired but not essential
