About the Role

LiveBetter Preschools are known for empowering communities and creating inclusive and positive learning environments. We are looking for Diploma Qualified Educators for part-time positions in our new Preschool service in Nashdale, delivering high-quality early childhood education and care.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop strong relationships with children
  • Build relationships with families and the community
  • Participate in Professional Development opportunities and Pre-School Meetings
  • Implement the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Create and execute a play-based curriculum

You must also meet the following criteria:

  • Diploma in Children's Services
  • Current Australian Drivers Licence
  • Current First Aid Certificate, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma Management training
  • Statement of Attainment for 'Identify and Respond to Children and People at Risk of Harm' course
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate in a team environment

Applicants will undergo a national criminal history check, pre-employment health screening, and obtain an NSW Working with Children Check clearance.
