Skills & Experience

A minimum of 2 year's experience as a qualified butcher is essential
* Previous Department Leadership experience
* Have a solid background in butcher retailing
* Knowledge of local market and seasonal trends
* Knowledge of strict compliance in food safety standards and hold a Food Handling Certificate
* Have the ability to work in a busy local environment
