Lycopodium is currently recruiting for a Senior Civil Engineerto join our growing Engineering team in our Perth Office.

You will work in a team of civil designer/drafters and engineers managed by our Principal Civil Engineer as well as liaise with members of other discipline teams to work on mining resource projects that will be constructed all around the world.

The tasks you'll perform
Engineering input into the design of civil earthworks, roads, drainage and stormwater by 12 D civil designers
Undertake engineering calculations and reports
Review 2 D drawings and 3 D project models of civil works including earthworks, roads and drainage in a timely manner to ensure compliance with design intent
Review of bulk earthworks, volume calculations and material take-offs (Schedule of Quantities)
Work with other discipline team members (e.g.
concrete, structural, mechanical) to help ensure suitable integration at discipline interfaces
Engineering support for construction queries associated with project designs by liaising with on-site personnel
Support the Principal Civil Engineer with input into engineering estimates, resource & schedule management
The expertise you'll bring
University Degree in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 6 years graduate experience in Civil Engineering

Experience in the design of site earthworks, roads, drainage, storm water, sewerage reticulation (preferable but not essential) and other minor site infrastructure.
