About Our Client:

Our client is a family owned business that focuses on large scale land, project, construction and development.


Their focus is on sustainable buildings, creating a leading community and delivering high operation standards through the projects they deliver throughout Australia.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Keep stationery and amenities stocked
  • Issue access passes, locker keys, and end trip access
  • Coordinate mail, couriers and welcome visitors to the office
  • Organise team functions and events such as Friday drinks, Christmas parties, morning teas
  • Provide support for meetings and training including booking catering
  • Liaise with building management to resolve maintenance or other issues
  • Book travel for employees across the business
  • Provide effective diary management, coordinate and manage appointments
  • Type documents from dictations and take minutes of meetings
  • Print and collate documents, contracts, memos and other briefing material

The Successful Applicant:

What we are looking for:

  • Previous experience in a similar office management, team administrator or EA/PA role
  • A helpful, warm and inclusive person who enjoys helping people
  • Very strong administrative and organisational skills, including touch typing
  • Confident to work autonomously and manage your own priorities
  • The ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Exceptional professional communication skills including the ability to produce high quality written work with excellent attention to detail
