About our programs:

  • Recruitment journey
  • Applications online. Resumes will be screened, and successful resumes will be invited to attend an online interview. Shortlisted applicants will have a chance to meet on a onetoone basis with the team manager, gathering further insights into the role and company. Look out for us at the campus events with UNSW, UTS, Macquarie, Sydney University, CA, and more.
  • Intake dates we recruit throughout the whole year to suit our business needs and can start at anytime in the year.


 Mentor/buddy scheme
  • As a Graduate, you will be allocated a buddy within the firm that you will meet during your first week, who is there to help you settle in. Your buddy will show you everything from how to log on, who's who, where the best coffee shop is located and much more. We will match you with one of our experienced professionals to help you develop and guide you through this important career stage.


 Training/learning
  • As a Graduate, you will have invaluable onthejob training and skills delivered by experts within the business and external providers. We offer online learning via LinkedIn, sharing content on fundamental career skills on which to build the foundations of your career.

The Graduate position:

  • A Graduate position is a permanent fulltime role where you are given the training and opportunity to develop your skills and progress your career.
  • Graduate positions are open to students who have graduated within the last 15 months.


As part of the Accounting and Outsourcing Solutions "AOS" division we pride ourselves on providing outstanding services to local and international clients across a diverse range of industries.

AOS is the fastest growing business unit within the practice and acts as an outsourced finance function to enable clients to focus on the business of growing their companies with the peace of mind they will have accurate and timely information to make key business decisions.


In the role you will assist in providing outstanding services to a range of local and international clients across a number of industries.

You will find yourself to be a key contributor to our fast growing business providing high quality and technical enabled solutions.


  • Accounts payable, bank reconciliations and other processing
  • Assisting in the preparation of the month end close process
  • Assisting in the preparation of the monthly/quarterly management accounts including reporting pack
  • Assisting in the preparation of payroll tax and workers compensation reconciliations
  • Assisting in the preparation and lodgement of monthly/quarterly business and instalment activity statements
  • Utilising cloud technology to drive process improvements both internally and externally
  • Assisting with payroll processing, payroll reporting, workers compensation insurance
  • Communicate with clients and colleagues

About You:

  • Completed or about to complete a Bachelor's degree with a major in Accounting
  • Full working rights for Australia
  • Willing to undertake/already undertaking the Chartered Accountants Program (or CPA)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work fulltime as a Graduate
  • Be able to our North Sydney office at least three days a week
