Store Manager
We are currently looking for an experienced
Store Manager to lead our team at our
Rottnest General Store.

About the Role
As Store Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and management of the store.

If you are an enthusiastic and experienced retail manager, passionate about customers and want to lead a great team in a unique and exciting environment then we would love to hear from you.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete daily operation and activities of the store
  • Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
  • Manage the selection, training and supervision of team members
  • Meet sales goals by training, motivating and the team
  • Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
  • Develop a range of promotional material and instore displays
  • Monitor inventory levels and stock ordering

Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 2 to 3 years' experience as a Store Manager
  • Financial knowledge of retail margins, GP, budgets and labour management
  • Highly organised, selfmotivated, proactive and reliable team player
  • Knowledge and experience in the liquor industry
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • You must be eligible to work in Australia

Salary:
$83,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Performance bonus
