Monday
  • Saturday with two days off per week

What will you be doing in this role:

This role will see you work under a highly experienced sales agents to learn the entire sales process from prospecting through to settlement.

You will be given a tailored training and onboarding plan to set you up for success with the opportunity to progress and grow with the company to take on more responsibility and increase your earning potential.


  • Letter box drops and door knocking
  • Calling through the database to advise of recent sales
  • Provide market updates to prospective clients
  • Prepare for open homes and auctions
  • Attend open homes and private inspections
  • Coordinate presettlement inspections
  • Prepare for and attend appraisals
  • Learn how to manage buyer inquiry nad negotiate sales
  • Assist with open home call backs
  • A current Certificate of Registration
  • A reliable car and valid drivers licence
  • Flexibility to work every Saturday
  • Immaculate presentation
  • Confident written and verbal communication skills
  • Willing to work as a part of a team
  • Prior experience in a customer facing role
  • Knowledge of the North Shore and its amenities
