About the role


An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Litigation Advisor to work within our Third-Party Complex Claims team, managing the litigated portfolio of Recoveries and Settlements and Complex Claims.


Your key responsibilities:

  • Working in our Complex Claims team within our Recoveries and Settlements department.
  • Review disputed files for potential litigation or defence.
  • Managing a large portfolio of litigated and complex claims.
  • Negotiating with different parties to resolve claims including third parties direct, Insurers and legal representatives.
  • Liaising with our panel solicitors regularly regarding litigated matters.
  • Adhering to relevant insurance codes and regulations.
  • Displaying our values in all interactions both internally and externally.

About you:

  • Previous experience in a similar role would be highly regarded.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to prioritise workload to achieve deadlines and KPI's.
  • A high level of attention to detail and welldeveloped analytical skills.
  • The ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficient on outlook, Microsoft software and the ability to pick up new systems quickly.
  • Ability to work autonomously using problem solving skills and think outside the box.
