About the role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Litigation Advisor to work within our Third-Party Complex Claims team, managing the litigated portfolio of Recoveries and Settlements and Complex Claims.
Your key responsibilities:
- Working in our Complex Claims team within our Recoveries and Settlements department.
- Review disputed files for potential litigation or defence.
- Managing a large portfolio of litigated and complex claims.
- Negotiating with different parties to resolve claims including third parties direct, Insurers and legal representatives.
- Liaising with our panel solicitors regularly regarding litigated matters.
- Adhering to relevant insurance codes and regulations.
- Displaying our values in all interactions both internally and externally.
About you:
- Previous experience in a similar role would be highly regarded.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to prioritise workload to achieve deadlines and KPI's.
- A high level of attention to detail and welldeveloped analytical skills.
- The ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient on outlook, Microsoft software and the ability to pick up new systems quickly.
- Ability to work autonomously using problem solving skills and think outside the box.
