Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Functional Consultant to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce platforms and possess a proven track record in successfully delivering Salesforce solutions.

This role involves working closely with clients to understand their business needs, designing tailored Salesforce solutions, and ensuring successful implementation.


Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze their business requirements.
Design and document scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions.
Lead and participate in workshops, and facilitate stakeholder meetings.
Configure Salesforce features and functionality to meet business requirements.
Develop and execute test plans to ensure quality and performance standards are met.
Provide training and support to end-users.
Work closely with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of projects.
Stay updated on Salesforce best practices, new features, and industry trends.

Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Salesforce Functional Consultant or in a similar role.
Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Salesforce App Builder, and Salesforce Sales Cloud/Service Cloud Consultant.
Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Community Cloud.
Proven experience in configuring and customizing Salesforce to meet business requirements.
Ability to translate complex business processes into technical solutions.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
