In this role you will:

- lead or participate in project teams to revise the Queensland kindergarten guideline, develop advice, resources and professional development materials to support implementation
- provide expert advice to the Manager and the Director on issues related to the early years education and transition to school
- collaboratively plan and deliver professional development
- lead and manage projects within timelines, using allocated resources and involving officers across the office of the Authority and external participants
- create and maintain professional relationships between the Authority and key stakeholders
- participate in a range of forums in relation to the work of the organisation
- prepare briefings, correspondence and reports
- contribute to a change management and performance development culture by participating in regular two-way feedback discussions with your manager and colleagues, and through the implementation of an individual Performance and Development Plan (PDP).
