With premium vineyards in Victoria and Tasmania, our family of wines has grown to five brands - Brown Brothers, Devil's Corner, Pirie, Tamar Ridge and most recently Innocent Bystander.

We are looking to develop our business through our diverse and exciting portfolio.


Innocent Bystander was born of the Yarra Valley and wine is our heart and soul (and coffee and beer come a close joint second).

We offer a truly unique opportunity to be a part of a great team of Hospitality professionals, creating an awesome visitor experience in our Healesville home.


Our place isn't your sniff-and-spit cellar door, we want people to have fun with great, delicious food and wine without having to buy into all the stuffiness that often over complicates wine.


Description:


The role will ideally suit those who have existing knowledge of the Yarra Valley region and its offering to visitors.

To be successful in this role, you should be able to:

  • Competently assist the kitchen team with food and meal preparation,
  • Maintain kitchen hygiene standards and;
  • Contribute to a productive, highmorale environment.

Skills and Experiences:

In addition, you will have:

  • Demonstrated restaurant or cafe skills in a reputable and busy business
  • A passion for food and wine
  • Availability to work on weekends & public holidays
