There is an opportunity for an Assistant Store Manager or current Store Manager that have the ability to lead and inspire a sales team.

A genuine love for styling and sales coaching

• Proven success in a Sales/Styling environment, preferably fashion
• A keen interest in fashion trends
• Competitive spirit & motivated by team development
• Ability to coach and lead a team to become great sellers
• Great time management & able to prioritize and multitask
• Ambitious, currently in a high level management role and wanting to further your development (preferred)
• Proven experience in building a local customer base and working within the community (preferred)
• Previous experience working with traffic counters and conversion results (preferred)
