In joining VCPS team as a Principal Partner Manager you will develop a deep understanding of the Partners' organisation, forge trusted effective relationships with key senior stakeholders including C-Suite and Directors, manage the overall partner relationship and have responsibility for the overall account plan including performance changes, strategy and financial results.


1)
Partner Management:

Partner facing responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new Partner opportunities
  • Find, explore and qualify opportunities and the business needs of the Partner
  • Determine the need, buying centre (decision maker) and other key stakeholders within the Partners
  • Lead negotiations of the scope/value/price
  • Arrange and coordinate regular partnership reviews
  • Coordinate and chair the value discussions
  • Record and explain the value delivered
Vodafone facing responsibilities

  • Be the voice of Vodafone to Partners and vice versa
  • Establish and explore needs
  • Agree Partner Markets' priorities
  • Brief Functions on Partners' business needs
  • Lead composition of framework contracts and project agreements
  • Support the legal drafting of contracts and statements of work for projects
  • Plan and project manage the renewal of partnerships
  • Manage the value discussions with Partner

  • Ensure services and products offered to partners support their business objectives
Vodafone facing responsibilities

  • Support the identification of needs and internal & external opportunities
  • Hold the Functions to account for delivering the commitments to Partners

Technical / professional qualifications:

  • Previous working experience in Australia dealing with leading telecom/technology companies
  • Strong B2B account management skills and proven track record on Clevel
  • Proficient in influencing and commercial negotiating skills
  • Highly effective communication and presentation/sales skills
  • Commercial acumen
  • Able to quickly establish trust and credibility with senior stakeholders
  • Be able to develop positive and effective relationships at top management level
  • Be able to collaborate with and motivate a crossfunctional virtual teams
  • Strong project management skills
  • Selfstarter who is committed to deliver results and make decisions
