Add expected salary to your profile for insights The Company Resourceful Recruitment is partnered with a leading Renewables Developer to recruit a Senior Project Manager Underground based in either the Sunshine Coast or Brisbane.
This organisation will play a significant role in assisting Australia in meeting its renewable energy targets and net zero emissions.
Your role This role sits in the project leadership team and reports to the Deputy Project Director.The purpose of the role is to take responsibility for the underground, tunnelling, drilling and main works for a large-scale major project.
You will also contribute to the construction delivery methods, tender documentation and review, and oversee construction delivery to ensure the project meets the schedule, cost, and quality expectations.
Your background & experience12+ years' experience across the full project lifecycle including defining delivery methodology, implementation, reporting, and evaluation to ensure high-quality outcomes High preference for project management experience on major tunnel or underground projects Detailed understanding of cultural heritage in Australia Degree in engineering, management, or project management Business Management qualification such as MBA preferred Extensive leadership experience (5+ years demonstrated experience) with a demonstrated track record of leading high-performing terms Exceptional communication & stakeholder engagement skills Commercial acumen Experience in delivering complex projects using Earned Value (EV) and fully resourced schedules The flexibility to transition to site based in 2026.
