We're In Life.

A not-for-profit disability support provider that specialises in working with people with frequent and complex support needs, including 24/7 assistance.

We build teams around every client, depending on each person's needs and preferences.

We partner with people with any type of disability who want to live independently in the community (and we love to make that happen).

That's why our assistants are so important.
Our clients may have physical disability, acquired brain injury, neurological conditions, intellectual disability or autism.
We're honoured that many of our clients rely solely on In Life for their essential support needs.
Nobody else.

Our teams are based in Melbourne, Geelong and regional Victoria, including Benalla, Wangaratta, Stawell and Bendigo.

To do a great job, you'll need:

Good judgement and common sense, listening skills, a willingness to learn and a commitment to our values Enthusiasm and passion for supporting people with disabilities to live great lives Experience and skills supporting clients who can display Behaviors of Concern (BOC)Experience supporting clients with Autism Experience with high care needs including PEG feeding and hoist transfers Have great patience and be willing to put in the time and energy to build rapport with clients Commitment to working with a care team approach, including guidance from professionals.

For example, supporting our clients to complete a regular physiotherapy program Full drivers licence and be willing and comfortable with driving with the clients Willingness to work varied shifts and to commit to ongoing shifts
Shifts available for weekends and sleepovers
