Job Description - About Us


Quality Builders is a well-established privately owned Building Company, located in the Eastern Suburbs of Perth specializing in Commercial & Residential Transportable Modular Builds.

Substantial work pipeline highlights an excellent job opportunity for a small Carpentry team experienced in Steel

Framed Construction &/ or Modular construction to join our company.

Mostly based in our Forrestfield yard, with capability to travel to various regions throughout the State to complete projects

The position is full time, sub contract arrangement

Available Role:

  • Carpentry Team (2/3 persons) for Full Transportable construction (Structural, Roofing & Cladding)
  • Supply labour, tools & equipment to construct steel framed buildings, roof plumbing, various claddings
  • Capability to travel & be selfsufficient for various siteworks: Verandahs, decks, alfrescos, complexing, etc
  • Continuous work based on Contract Rates, agreed hourly rate as required

To be considered you must have:

  • Experience with steel frame construction, ideally modular/ transportable
  • Construction White Card
  • Tools and equipment suitable for Construction sites
  • Work in safe manner
  • Take pride in workmanship
  • Ability to read & interpret drawings/ plans & specifications
  • Ability to work independently & solve problems
  • Punctual, Reliable and Trustworthy
  • Working at Heights
  • First Aid desirable
