Disability Support Worker

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Checking and recording basic observations, eg, blood pressure
  • Preparing meals
  • Assisting in daily hygiene routines
  • Recording progress notes at the end of each shift

What you will need:

Qualifications:

  • Cert III in health services Assistance, or
  • Cert III in Disability Support, or
  • Cert III in Individual Support or anything similar
- valid First aid certificate with CPR certificate (issued within the lats 12 months)

Transport

  • Transport can be provided
Vaccination

  • Must be up to date with usual vaccinations
  • Minimum 2 COVID19 vaccines
Experience

  • Some experience would be preferred
