About the Role

Looking to grow your retail management skills and work part time? We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join our Sheridan Subiaco Boutique.

*This is a part-time, 24 hours, 4 days per week role.

Lead and inspire your team to achieve budgets, KPIs and targets. Drive a high performing team, that are committed to providing exceptional customer service. Coach your team through product knowledge, using your passion for selling. Maintain store operations including stock management and VM. Previous experience in people management, coaching and delivering feedback is ideal, however not necessary.
