About the OpportunityWe have an exciting opportunity for a National Operations Support (NOS)

Officer to join our team in Canberra.

Reporting to the NOS Team leader, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the facility operations and support management.

Operating in a fast paced and dynamic environment you will play a vital role towards maintaining continuity of service delivery for these 24/7 secure environments.

What you'll be doingAnswer telephone helpline requests in line with contractual requirements and service level agreementsAccurately process data within NOS information technology systemsCreating Purchase Order requests and managing supplier invoicesRecording time crucial and sensitive data in customer portalsMonitor and record all transport and escort activityProcessing of Escort document packs for the purposes of billingAbout you - your ideal skills & experienceThis role will suit someone with the willingness to work flexible hours and an ability to manage their own time to meet deadlinesYou will have theability to manage high load of competing priorities in a fast-paced environment within a high performing team and enjoy learning new skills and systemsYou are a customer focused individual with excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethicYou have the highest level of personal integrity and ethical behaviour.
