About The Role
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic warehouse operator at our Render Texture & Panels Store in Keilor Park, VIC. We have both Full time and casual positions available.

If you are energetic, driven, have a strong work ethic and have a passion for people and efficiency then this role is for you.

This fast paced and hands-on role will see you:

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily prestart checklists and forklift operations.
  • Picking, packing, and compiling of outbound orders.
  • Ensure all inbound and outbound goods are;
  • Checked against accompanying paperwork.
  • Unloaded and loaded safely.
  • Compliant with requirements in regard to weight and chain of responsibility.
  • Assist in maintaining stock levels (cycle counting, stocktaking, ordering, and receipting of goods)
  • Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
  • Contributing as part of a team to continuous improvement ideas
  • Accurately mix and tint texture and paint
  • Customer service duties as required from time to time.

Skills & Experience
You're confident with people, have great communication skills and can easily build strong relationships with peers, customers, and clients.

You're able to demonstrate a level of physical ability to work with our render and texture and any other heavy products in store at times.


In addition, you will:

  • Forklift license preferred but not essential.
  • Demonstrate initiative and a keen attention to detail.
  • Be committed to continuous improvement and able to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Enjoy building relationships with customers and colleagues and have the ability to communicate effectively and clearly.
  • Possess an interest in our products.
Retail or trade sales background an advantage. Application experience would also be beneficial.
