Neutral Bay Kindergarten is a family owned Early Childhood Education Service that provides the highest quality of education and care to children age 2-5 year old.


We have been providing quality early childhood education and care to families in Sydney's Lower North Shore including Cremorne, Neutral Bay, Mosman, and surrounding areas for over 40 years.

Diploma qualified educator to join our team.

About this role:

As an Early Childhood Educator, your core responsibilities will be to:

  • Plan, supervise and implement the program for the class in accordance with the policies,
  • Understand the regulatory requirements listed in the National Regulations and National Quality Standards, with the focus to provide an excellent level of education and care to the children at the centrebased service
  • Establish and maintain team relationship with other early childhood educators
  • Build fantastic rapport with the parents

What we are looking for

  • A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA equivalent)
  • Current/Valid working With Children's Check (WWC) and First Aid Certificates
  • Working experience with preschool age group children
  • Excellent communication skills and documentation skills
  • The desire to make a positive contribution to a professional, collaborative and focused team.
  • A love for children and a desire to make childcare a longterm career
  • Passion, enthusiasm and a strong commitment to highquality care
