THE FIRM:
This renowned National Law Firm is searching for a professional and friendly individual to join their Sydney team as a Corporate Boardroom Assistant. This firm is situated in the Sydney CBD and offers many perks and benefits to it's employees. THE ROLE:

This role is a full-time permanent role based in the firms conveniently located Sydney CBD office.

Your day to day responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Preparing meeting rooms and tidying up post meetings
  • Preparing coffees and beverages to clients in an efficient manner
  • Assisting with the preparation of food and beverages for clients
  • Dealing with postage deliveries, restocking of stationary/fridges where needed, back of house tasks
  • Kitchen hand duties as required
ABOUT YOU:

To succeed in this role, you will have

  • Experience working in a waiting position, preferably in a corporate / professional setting (also open to hospitality background)
  • Fantastic customer service capabilities
  • Flexible working hours for ad hoc evening events
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team
  • Barista experience would be fantastic but training is provided
