The Opportunity

Veolia is seeking Industrial Painter & Blasters to join the Veolia team for local work in the Geelong area.

What you'll be responsible for

Ability to prepare surfaces using abrasive blasting and high-pressure water blasting Coating application for both conventional and airless spray Use of electronic testing gear to test atmospheric conditions, blast profile and coating thickness. Ensuring quality workmanship on all jobs Drive the 'Always Safe' Culture

What you'll need to be successful

Experience in a hands on role within industrial painting and blasting industry Good understanding of blasting and coating processes Desirable tickets include Working From Heights, Confined Space and EWP. (Don't worry if you don't, for the right candidate we will assist you with obtaining these) Current drivers licence Experience with blasting and spray equipment Commitment to maintaining safe work practices Ability to work both in teams and independently
