We are seeking a qualified and dedicated sous chef who is committed to exceeding our customer's expectations whilst leading a professional and hardworking team.

The eligible candidates will be performing the following duties:
  • Prepare all dishes to our high standards consistently.
  • Controlling and directing the food preparation process and any other kitchen duties
  • Ensure OH &S and food hygiene requirements are met.
  • Work unsupervised and in a team while maintaining a secure and friendly working environment.
  • Assist in overseeing kitchen operations, ordering and stock control.

To be considered for this role you will need to possess the following:
  • Advanced understanding and appreciation of all aspects of food and its services.
  • 2+ years of proven kitchen experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Qualification in commercial cookery - Cert iv or higher.
  • Flexible availability.
  • Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
  • Overall knowledge of operations, ordering, stock control and working to budget.
  • Have permission to work full-time in Australia
