About the Role:
Our Client, an Environmental Management company based in Adelaide, is seeking an Associate Environmental Scientist for a permanent position.
This is a senior role within the technical consulting team reporting to the Principal.
The successful candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to:
Delivery of project and associated reporting, reviewing, and quality assurance
Use project management systems and software
Manage variations to achieve client satisfaction and control of project financial returns
Inspire team members to achieve clear set goals whilst providing mentorship
Actively participate and foster a compliance culture
Allocate resources to projects and required customer deliverables
Training and development of individuals to increase their individual skill set and competency levels
Skills & Experience:
The successful candidate must have:
A minimum of 10 years' experience in environmental management/consulting or a similar role
Hold a site Contamination Practitioner certificate
A tertiary degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Environmental Management, or related discipline
Project Management and strong report writing experience
Experience with project management system and software e.g.
Salesforce, ESdat
Intermediate to high level of competency with Microsoft Office Word and Excel
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and time management skills
