About Us


At Falafel Almina, we pride ourselves on all things Lebanese food and have been operating for many years in Melbourne's North.

We are passionate about providing an authentic Lebanese breakfast and dinner experience and aim to provide our customers top quality service.

We offer both dine in and take away options, trading at high volume.

We are looking for a dedicated barista to help throughout the month of Ramadan which is our busiest time of the year.

As such we have now extended our trading hours and offer a Ramadan Iftar (dinner) and Suhoor (breakfast) menu which includes Lebanese pies and Shawarma.

We have recently introduced coffee to our beverage menu and hope to serve coffee throughout our opening trading hours.

As part of your role you will be required to work both independently and alongside our friendly team to provide quality service to our customers.


Responsibilities include:

  • Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages such as lattes, cappuccinos and other espressobased beverages including Lebanese coffee
  • Assist in the making and preparation of other beverages offered including tea
  • Responsible for the cleaning and maintenance of coffeemachine and other relevant machinery and areas coffeemaking areas
  • POS and Money Handling
  • Customer Service
  • Coffee grinding
Experience required.

Salary:
$ $30.00 per hour
