About the role:
If you're looking to enter the current thriving IT field but don't have experience, want to refine your customer service skills in a professional environment or gain exposure and experience working with government clients this role is for you
Working on behalf of a government client, you will be the first point of contact for all internal staff regarding IT issues and enquiries from resetting passwords to disabling user accounts.
Key details:
- January start date with contracts until 30/06/202 with a proactive view to extend
- Rotating roster: Monday to Friday 7:00 AM 8:00 PM (Full availability required) or evening/overnight work past 8:00 PM
- Training: 5 business days | Full attendance required 9:00 AM 5:00 PM
- Location: This is an onsite role from our CBD head office but has the opportunity to transition to hybrid upon successful training and consolidation period.
To be eligible for this role, you must:
- Hold current Australian Citizenship
- Be willing and eligible to obtain a security clearance to the level applicable
- Have the relevant documentation readily available to complete the above mentioned background checks (including proof of citizenship and photo identification)

- Friendly and professional demeanour with outstanding communication skills
- Strong digital literacy with the ability to learn and upskill in new systems, technologies and products
- Receptive attitude to learning and feedback
- Good multitasking and time management skills when faced with competing priorities, including a resilient positive attitude
