The successful candidate will have a crucial role in executing successful IT projects across multiple sectors, including Government, Energy, Utilities, and Retail. The ideal candidate should possess proficiency in Agile methodology, be adaptable, and excel in communication and stakeholder engagement.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE
  • Proven background as an IT Business Analyst, including Agile methodology exposure.
  • Experience in IT Consulting with industry exposure in Government, Energy, Utilities, or Retail sectors would be extremely advantageous.
  • Robust analytical and issue-solving capabilities, with the aptitude to grasp complex business processes and propose effective resolutions.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement aptitudes.
  • Flexible and adjustable to work on projects across various sectors.
  • Familiarity with business analysis tools and methodologies.
  • Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) is a bonus.
  • Strong organizational and time management competencies.
