Join our team of intelligent and collaborative Changemakers in NSW and help us shape the future 2024 is a pivotal year for the Water Business Group, with a robust pipeline of work driving our ambitious growth plans for the national team.

We currently have multiple opportunities, ranging from experienced engineers to technical leadership roles, in our Sydney, Parramatta or Newcastle office.

These roles support our Water Utilities, Water and Wastewater Treatment, and/or Asset Management & Planning (AMP) teams.

Sydney Water SA Water Engineering Panel Opportunities

Senior/Associate/Principal Structural Engineer, Water Utilities
Professional/Senior/Associate Electrical Engineer, Water Utilities (PTW experience highly regarded)
Senior/Associate/Principal Civil Engineer, Water Utilities
Senior/Associate Mechanical Engineer, Water Utilities
Senior/Principal Civil Engineer, Water Treatment
Civil/Hydraulics Engineer, Water Treatment
Senior/Principal Process Engineer (Desalination), Water Treatment
Senior/Principal Process Engineer (Treatment Planning), Water Treatment
Design Manager, Water Treatment
Senior/Associate/Principal Sewer Planning Engineer, Asset Management & Planning
Design Manager, D4 C secondment
Graduate Structural Engineer, D4 C secondment
Graduate Electrical Engineer, D4 C secondment

About You
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification in Civil, Environmental, Electrical, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering CPEng; or working towards (RPEQ highly desirable)
Experience with Water NSW and Sydney Water projects an advantage
Experience in the Australian water industry with water utilities, treatment and/or water modelling experience essential
Technical skills across a broad range of areas in the water sector
Ability to break down complex problems, develop cohesive strategic responses, and then present to stakeholders to come to an agreement on a preferred way forward
Demonstrated experience 'thinking outside the box' and challenging the status quo
Identify strategic risks, situations where these risks may become problematic during project delivery and inform the project team
Interest in the environmental, sustainability and social impacts of our work and ability to take this into account when developing decision making processes
Experience in the application of modelling software and/or analytics techniques
