The organisation

The opportunity
Reporting directly to an experienced Head of HR while working alongside a strong supportive HR team, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow within the role and organisation. This role will see you responsible for coordinating the delivery of internal training programs, assisting with inductions and onboarding of new employees, monitoring online learning progress, updating registers while interacting and working closely with Line Managers to identify gaps and needs.
Selection criteria:
- Relevant tertiary qualification in L & D / HR coupled with experience in coordinating internal training and development programs
- High attention to detail with a proven background in administration and coordination
- High level of communication (verbal and written) / interpersonal skills
- Tech savvy (MS Office Suite) and quick to pick up systems
- Valid QLD Drivers licence
