Scope of Works:

  • Supervise the meticulous removal of 3,300T of contaminated asbestos material.
  • Oversee the safe disposal of an old pool.
  • Lead the efficient chop and mulching of 105 trees across the site.
  • Manage detail excavation tasks, including pad footings, capping beams, retaining wall footings, tree pits, and strip footings.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide strong leadership to on-site teams, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
  • Coordinate closely with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Enforce strict compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
  • Maintain detailed records of project activities, including daily reports and resource utilization.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in civil construction, with a strong background in supervision and project management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Thorough understanding of safety protocols and regulations.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Valid driver's license and relevant certifications are preferred
