We are urgently seeking your strong administration experience for an upcoming temporary assignment in Ipswich CBD.

This all-round role will be temporary to start but is likely to become permanent in the future as business needs are assessed.


Duties include:

  • Providing a high level of customer service, including receiving job orders and processing in the system
  • Scheduling jobs with technicians
  • Accounts receivable (including following up of outstanding accounts)
  • General administration support

To be considered for this opportunity, you should demonstrate:

  • Strong administration experience (ideally this will include customer service, order processing, scheduling and accounts receivable/debt collection)
  • Confidence learning and using technology with intermediate MS Office skills (specifically MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook)
  • Welldeveloped communication skills (verbal and written) with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
  • Fast and accurate keyboarding skills
  • Availability to commence this week
